Zenei tanulmányaimat kisgyermekként kezdtem, 6 évig bűvöltem a hegedűt, majd feladtam és átjelentkeztem ütősnek szüleim és szomszédaink nagy örömére. Egy ideig hobbim a népi furulyázás volt, a mai napig is nagyon szeretem a magyar népzenét. Néhány év zeneiskolai tanulás után jöttek az első zenekarok, főleg rock és alter bandák. Ebben a zenekarban azt szeretem, hogy önmagam (funkos és rockos oldalát) tudom adni. Néha azért nem bírom visszatartani és kitör belőlem egy kis diszkó...

Számomra a legfontosabb egy zenekarban a zene iránti tisztelet és a zenei alázat.

Minden stílusú zenét meghallgatok, ami igényes. Manapság legszívesebben fúziós zenéket hallgatok és játszom.

Zenei példaképeim/kedvenc előadóim közül néhányan: John Coltrane, Billy Cobham, Steve Gadd, 

Cseh Tamás, James Brown, a Jethro Tull, Miles Davis és természetesen Lukács Laci a progresszív 

dzsessz koronázatlan királya.

 

 

 

I started my musical studies as a child. I held the violin under spellbound for 6 years, then I gave it up and switched over to be a percussionist much to the delight of my parents and neighbours.

For some time my hobby was playing the folk-flute and my attraction to Hungarian folk music hasn’t stopped ever since. After some years of musical school studies, came the first music school bands, mostly rock and alternative bands. In these bands I loved that I can give myself (and contribute my funky-rock side) to them. Sometimes I can’t help but letting the disco break out from me…

For me, the most important thing in a band is the respect of music and the humbleness of those 

playing it.I usually listen to all the music styles that are is fastidious. Nowadays I mostly like to play and listen to fusion music.

My musical idols and favorite artists of mine are: John Coltrane, Billy Cobham, Steve Gadd, Cseh 

Tamás, James Brown, the Jethro Tull, Miles Davis and of course Laci Lukács, the uncrowned king of 

progressive jazz.
